The fear of God enables us to glorify God and worship Him in this life as we anticipate eternity.
Revelation 15:4
4 Who will not fear, O Lord,
and glorify your name?
For you alone are holy.
All nations will come
and worship you,
for your righteous acts have been revealed.”
1 Corinthians 10:31
31 So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. (ESV)
